Hello, my name is Vlad Kashpar. I’m a real estate agent with the oldest 100 % Canadian real estate company – Royal LePage.

I was born in Moscow, Russia. At present I live in Toronto, Ontario.
I’m 43 years old, married and a happy father of seven years old daughter.

Back in Russia I graduated from Financial Academy and also successfully completed the post-graduate courses there. After that I started the career as investment analyst. I worked for several commercial banks in Russia and also for the Central Bank of Finland.

My primary area of responsibility was medium and long-term investment activities of the banks, among them – investments in commercial and residential real estate in Russia and Europe.

Upon arriving in Canada, I proceeded with the real estate career. Now I do it on a full-time basis. The sphere of my business covers the broad range of specialized real estate sub-markets, such as:

  •  condominium investments;
  •  land development and new homes construction;
  •  resale operations;
  •  active participation in the work of a property management companysince 1999, offering homes and condo apartments in Greater Toronto Area for the short-term rent to the newcomers or relocating professionals from all over Canada and the outer world.

Being one of the best producing agents in the company, I have been repeatedly recognized by the Royal LePage President and received the "Sales Achievement Award", “Master-Sales Award", “President’s Gold Award”, "Director's Platinum Award" and "Chairman's Diamond Award" titles.

My business philosophy is not just concentrated on numbers, but primarily on the quality of the service I offer. Dozens of recommendation letters from my happy clients do evidence that.

The biggest and most renowned Canadian daily newspapers like “Globe and Mail” and “Toronto Star” mentioned my name in relation to some successful real estate projects I was personally involved in (see “Globe and Mail” of Nov.30, 2001; “Toronto Star” of March 02, 2002).

I also spend lots of time on on-going professional education and development. Each year I participate in the professional seminars and take courses offered by the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Toronto Real Estate Board.

I am a good team player. My crew consists of the best banking and mortgage specialists, financial planners, certified and highly experienced home inspectors, and attorneys, involved primarily in real estate transactions. It is the team’s work that makes my job so efficient and successful.
